/v1/domain/@id/contactChange domain contacts (registrant)
Update the domain's contact details, including the registrant. Requires the domains:owner scope: only personal API tokens with an IP restriction.
Only a personal API token with the domains:owner scope and an IP allow-list can call this route; OAuth apps never get this scope.
